of the Terra Madre 2004

Hi - I attended the Terra Madre in Oct 2004, it was held in Turin Italy, and hosted by the Slow Food organisation. There I met many food communities from all over the world. Over 100 Bee keepers/farmers/hunters were present. We had two good & serious workshops discussing honey from mono-flora sources, plus like my apiaries in West London, multi-flora sources.

Anyway another Tera Madre was held in 2006 and I have the idea of producing a book of International facts about honey, plus cooking tips, history, and of course snippets about honey bees too!
